Tire Pick-Up Appointment
Scheduled pickup for active members collecting stored tires.
Service Description
This appointment is only for active Thunder Road Tire Club members who are picking up one stored set of four tires/wheels. During your scheduled pickup, we will retrieve your stored tire set and confirm your member details before releasing the tires. Please arrive at your scheduled time and ensure you have enough space in your vehicle to safely transport your tires. This service is for pickup only. It DOES NOT include tire installation, mounting, balancing, tire repairs, tire sales, alignments, TPMS programming, or mechanical work. By appointment only. No walk-ins, unscheduled pickups, or unscheduled drop-ins are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Thunder Road Tire Club operates by scheduled appointment only. All tire drop-off, pick-up, storage, and seasonal changeover services must be booked in advance through our website. Appointments may be rescheduled online up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Within 72 hours of your appointment, changes are not guaranteed and must be requested directly. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible, but availability may be limited. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other members. Tires must be clean, safe to handle, and clearly associated with the customer’s membership account. Thunder Road Tire Club reserves the right to refuse tires that are excessively dirty, unsafe, damaged, improperly packaged, or not suitable for storage. Seasonal tire storage is available to active members only. Tire storage, pick-up, and changeover services are subject to the terms of the customer’s selected membership plan. By booking an appointment, you agree to follow Thunder Road Tire Club’s appointment, storage, and membership policies.
